As the managing director of an exhibition and events company it’s critical that I have a high calibre of speaker to attract visitors and exhibitors. Antonio Falco was recommended to me and put simply Antonio’s session was fantastic! Very now!
He doesn’t conform to what people want to hear and tells them the truth and he answers the questions that are on everyone else’s lips. Don’t expect him to be politically correct either, he tells it the way it is. He uses the audience well and answers their questions and Antonio puts himself in the spotlight on more than one occasion, on what could be difficult situations, his honesty, humour and presence was felt across the room and you should try and see him, if you haven’t already.
He does not present a performance but gives substance, value and answers to the issues effecting businesses and in my experience there are not many speakers able to do that.

Antonio was not known to us but recommended, we were really pleased he came along.
Antonio did a workshop on closing the sale and the response from delegates was - "he really knew his stuff", his reputation for being 'The Master of the Art' as we promoted him proved true. There is nothing this guy doesn't know about sales and he was able to put across some simple key principles, rules, lessons to a mixed audience of experienced sales people and business owners alike.
The feedback was - brilliant, knowledgeable, easy to listen to, engaging - he didn't talk at us, he told us exactly how to make it happen out in the field.
At the end of the our day we asked Antonio to wrap up our event and he did so with some powerful words of motivation that energized the audience and sent them off ready to take action. The Federation of Small Businesses is a key organisation representing some 200,000 plus businesses and the biggest lobbying group in Europe. At regional level we are seen as an important source of information, guidance and help and as regional chairman it is important for me that we are seen as an effective and influential organisation to be part of.
When it was decided to organise some key events for both members and non-members, Antonio formed part of the organising team and gave us useful input to the structure and running of the events.
For our 2010 Kick Start event it was decided that a member of the organising team should be our Master of Ceremonies, Antonio was duly appointed and he did not disappoint.
He did an excellent job of ensuring that the programme for the evening ran smoothly and although there were one or two hitches out of anyone’s control, his ability to think quickly on his feet and improvise did not effect proceedings.

We took on the services of Antonio Falco after hearing him speak at a business function. His talk was intriguing as he had not prepared any material, merely took questions from the audience and drew on his obvious experience and intuition to offer a response – a refreshing change from the usual ‘canned presentation’ approach. When we engaged his services we found he was able to understand the issues and offer solutions intuitively; this proved valuable during the recruitment of a new Sales Executive, when he provided an extra perception that helped us find the right calibre of person. In another example, despite his opinion being at odds with the consensus view in a Board-level meeting, Antonio patiently listened to the groups views and then intervened with what he believed and felt should be the direction which the company should be pursuing. He backed up his thought process with his reasoning, adding a valuable different perspective. As I commented at the time, Antonio is not a typical consultant that borrows our watch then tells us the time, and charging us a considerable sum for the privilege. If you want a ‘Yes Man’ don’t hire Antonio - but if you’re looking for clarity, honesty, and integrity I can recommend him.
